For example, during Covid-19, thousands of flight attendants were grounded and there were no jobs for them in the aviation industry in the following years. At the same time, flight attendants speak multiple languages and are trained on dealing with difficult, and even aggressive customers up in the air. These are transferrable skills sought after by other industries. The algorithm of Transformify (TFY) would help flight attendants recognize their customer support and conflict management skills and navigate them to apply roles as customer support Executives or Account Managers while highlighting these candidates to the recruiters.
